Domestic Shipping

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link. We strongly recommend monitoring your tracking information regularly. Relaxed Wears is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier strikes, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.

International Shipping

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

If you refuse to pay customs duties or taxes and the package is returned to us, any refund issued will be processed according to our standard return policy. Original and return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Relaxed Wears is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as “delivered” by the carrier. If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, household members, and any secure mailroom or front desk. You should also contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided.

In the rare event that a package is confirmed lost by the carrier before delivery, please notify us through relaxedwears.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate. Depending on the outcome, a replacement or refund may be offered at our discretion.

Undeliverable Packages

If a shipment is returned to us because the carrier attempted delivery multiple times without success, or because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will mark the package as undeliverable. Once an undeliverable package is received back at our facility, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment will require payment of any additional shipping fees. If you choose not to have the order reshipped, we will refund the product cost minus any original and return shipping fees.
