Return Policy – Relaxed Wears
At Relaxed Wears, your satisfaction is our ultimate priority. We want you to love every item you purchase from relaxedwears.com. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, or you may simply change your mind. This Return Policy outlines your rights and obligations when requesting a return or exchange. Please read it carefully before initiating any return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met. First, your return request must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order. Second, the item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. Third, all original tags, labels, and packaging must remain attached and intact. Fourth, the item must not fall under our list of non-returnable items (see below).
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria. If you return an item that shows signs of wear, use, washing, damage, or missing tags, we may reject the return and send the item back to you at your expense.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain categories of products cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons. These include, but are not limited to, underwear, socks, face masks, and any items marked as “final sale” on the product page on relaxedwears.com. Gift cards are also non-returnable and non-refundable. If you are unsure whether a specific item is returnable, please check the product description before purchasing. Any item that has been customized or personalized specifically for you is also final sale and cannot be returned.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please log into your account on relaxedwears.com and navigate to the order history section. Locate the order containing the item you wish to return and follow the instructions to submit a return request. You will be asked to provide the reason for your return and indicate whether you prefer a refund or an exchange.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send any item back before receiving our approval, as unauthorized returns may not be processed correctly.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. Relaxed Wears is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. Keep your proof of postage and tracking number until your return has been fully processed.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be carefully repackaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging if possible. Any item returned with stains, pet hair, smoke odor, deodorant marks, makeup stains, or any other signs of use will be considered non-eligible. We inspect every return thoroughly. If an item is returned in a condition that suggests it was worn or improperly handled, we reserve the right to deny the return and send the item back to you without a refund.
Refunds
Once we receive your return package, please allow 5 to 10 business days for our team to inspect the item(s). After inspection, if the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. The refund amount will be for the purchase price of the returned item(s), excluding any additional fees. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card issuer to reflect the refund in your account. If your return is rejected for any reason, we will contact you via the email associated with your order to explain the decision and arrange to send the items back to you.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the same return initiation process described above. Indicate “exchange” as your preferred resolution and specify what you would like to receive instead. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will automatically process a refund instead. Exchanges follow the same eligibility criteria as returns. The replacement item will be shipped to you once we receive and approve your returned item.
Partial Returns
If you ordered multiple items, you are not required to return all of them. You may return any eligible item individually while keeping the rest of your order. Each returned item will be processed separately.
Wrong or Damaged Items
Although we take great care in fulfilling orders from relaxedwears.com, mistakes can occasionally happen. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately through the support section on our website. You must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item. For damaged items, please also keep all original packaging until we have resolved your case. In these situations, we will cover all necessary fees and provide you with a prepaid return label. Once we verify the issue, we will send you a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Change of Mind Returns
If you simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong size by mistake, that is perfectly fine. Relaxed Wears accepts change of mind returns as long as the item meets all the eligibility criteria listed above. However, please understand that change of mind returns may be subject to certain deductions. The customer is responsible for ensuring the item is returned in original condition.
Final Sale Items
Please pay close attention to any product labeled “final sale” on relaxedwears.com. Final sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for any reason, including change of mind. This policy is clearly stated on the product page, and by purchasing such items, you agree to this restriction.
International Returns
For customers returning items from outside our local market, please be aware that you are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes associated with the return shipment. Relaxed Wears will not reimburse these fees unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). Please ensure that any return customs documentation clearly states “returned goods” to avoid additional charges.
Processing Time
Once your return is delivered to us, please allow up to 10 business days for inspection and processing. During busy seasons, such as holidays or new product launches on relaxedwears.com, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
Abuse of Return Policy
